Vanilla Bean Sparkling Wine

What you need-
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
1 vanilla bean *Use the bean in your 5 oz or 8.4 oz
A splash of June Poppies Vanilla Extract
Directions-
In a small saucepan, dissolve sugar in water over low-medium heat. Once dissolved, allow to simmer until reduced by 1/3. Remove from heat and add a splash of vanilla extract then scrape the pulp out of the vanilla bean and mix into the syrup. Allow to cool then add to your favorite sparkling wine or champagne and enjoy the luxurious beverage you crafted.
